5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@geardolphin.com with photos of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.
