We do not ship internationally at this time.

Your package will not ship until your payment has been successfully authorized.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any active promotions will be clearly displayed on the website during eligible periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active after the notification is sent.


6. Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with household members or the delivery location

  • If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will assist with the investigation

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@geardolphin.com and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.
